Reports To: Sales & Recruiting Operations Manager 

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 CAD Base + Quarterly Performance Bonus

The Opportunity 

We're looking for a Technical Sourcing Recruiter to help identify and engage exceptional technical talent across North America. 


This is not a high-volume staffing role. Success is measured by the quality of candidates identified, the strength of talent pipelines built, and the number of candidates that progress through our recruiting process. 


You will work closely with our recruiting team to source highly sought-after software engineers, AI engineers, machine learning engineers, data engineers, data scientists, cloud engineers, and infrastructure professionals. 


Responsibilities 

  • Source passive candidates across software engineering, AI, machine learning, data, cloud, and infrastructure disciplines 
  • Build talent maps and target company lists for active searches 
  • Conduct personalized outreach campaigns through LinkedIn Recruiter, Loxo, referrals, networking, GitHub, and other sourcing channels 
  • Identify candidates who meet technical, industry, and experience requirements 
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and sourcing activity within Loxo 
  • Partner closely with recruiters to support active client searches 
  • Track sourcing activity, response rates, and pipeline health 
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate quality 


Qualifications 

  • 2-5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience 
  • Experience sourcing software engineers, AI engineers, machine learning engineers, data engineers, data scientists, or related technical talent 
  • Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter skills 
  • Ability to identify high-quality technical profiles and distinguish strong candidates from average candidates 
  • Strong written communication skills 
  • Highly organized and process-oriented 
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Experience supporting software engineering, AI, machine learning, or data searches

We are looking for recruiters who can recognize strong technical profiles, build targeted talent pipelines, and consistently surface candidates worth speaking with. 

Performance is measured by candidate quality, recruiter acceptance rates, screen-to-submission conversion, interview generation, and overall contribution to the recruiting team. 


Compensation 

  • $50,000-$60,000 CAD base salary 
  • Quarterly performance bonus based on candidate quality and recruiting outcomes
