About the Role
A fast-growing healthcare technology company is hiring Engineering Managers across three tracks: Provider Product & Growth, Core Platform & Automation, and Life Sciences Engineering. This is a technical player-coach role. You'll write code, review designs, make architecture calls, and take on hard technical problems alongside your team, while owning hiring, development, and the pace and quality of what your team ships.
Ideal Background
- Track record of shipping in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Placement is flexible across three tracks based on best fit, not tied to a specific opening
- Direct reports on day one vary by placement, roughly 3-10 depending on track
Must-Have Requirements
- 6+ years of software-building experience with a track record of shipping products real users depend on
- 2+ years leading engineering teams with accountability for both output and people growth
- Full-stack range, able to work across backend systems and the interfaces built on top of them
- Personal track record of recruiting, selling, and closing strong engineers for engineering roles
