Senior Product Marketing Manager — Voice AI Platform | SF Bay Area, CA
About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing Y Combinator-backed voice AI company transforming how businesses handle sales, support, and customer engagement at scale. Founded in 2023, they've reached $60M ARR with a team of ~40 people — a trajectory that put them at #4 on one of the most closely watched fast-growing software vendor lists of 2025 and in the top 50 AI apps on the a16z marketplace rankings. Backed by leading investors and built engineer-first from day one, they're now building toward a modern AI-native CX platform where entire contact centers are powered by intelligent AI workers — not just basic automation.
The Role
As Senior PMM, you'll own how this product shows up to the market — from positioning and messaging to product launches, sales enablement, and brand campaigns. This is an 80/20 role: core PMM work anchors it, with 20% directing creative social campaigns. You'll report to the CMO, work closely with the founding team, and define messaging across buyer types and verticals — not just maintain it. High ownership, high visibility, no hand-holding.

- Build and run sales enablement from scratch: toolkit, sessions, and ongoing message refresh
- Drive customer and market insights; translate discovery into messaging and build case studies across key verticals
- Direct brand and social campaigns (20%): concept, brief the creative team, and plan campaign bursts around launches and industry moments
- Partner with Developer Evangelist on demo and technical content
