Senior Product Marketing Manager — Voice AI Platform | SF Bay Area, CA

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing Y Combinator-backed voice AI company transforming how businesses handle sales, support, and customer engagement at scale. Founded in 2023, they've reached $60M ARR with a team of ~40 people — a trajectory that put them at #4 on one of the most closely watched fast-growing software vendor lists of 2025 and in the top 50 AI apps on the a16z marketplace rankings. Backed by leading investors and built engineer-first from day one, they're now building toward a modern AI-native CX platform where entire contact centers are powered by intelligent AI workers — not just basic automation.

The Role

As Senior PMM, you'll own how this product shows up to the market — from positioning and messaging to product launches, sales enablement, and brand campaigns. This is an 80/20 role: core PMM work anchors it, with 20% directing creative social campaigns. You'll report to the CMO, work closely with the founding team, and define messaging across buyer types and verticals — not just maintain it. High ownership, high visibility, no hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging across all buyer types and verticals, including healthcare, legal, automotive, insurance, utilities, and logistics
  • Lead product launches end-to-end — strategy, narrative, and cross-functional coordination from brief to announcement
  • Build and run sales enablement from scratch: toolkit, sessions, and ongoing message refresh
  • Drive customer and market insights; translate discovery into messaging and build case studies across key verticals
  • Direct brand and social campaigns (20%): concept, brief the creative team, and plan campaign bursts around launches and industry moments
  • Partner with Developer Evangelist on demo and technical content

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product marketing in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI infrastructure
  • Proven track record owning product launches end-to-end — not just contributing to them
  • Strong messaging instincts: knows what to say and how to brief others to execute it
  • Experience building sales enablement programs from scratch
  • Comfortable with technical products; can translate complexity into clear value
  • Moves fast and makes good decisions under ambiguity

Nice to Have

  • Background in AI infrastructure, CCaaS, or contact center space
  • Experience marketing to both technical and business buyers
  • Has directed social campaigns with real organic reach
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and POV on brand
  • Prior startup experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base: $180K–$250K (set by interview performance, not current salary or negotiation)
  • Meaningful equity; three cash/equity balance options to choose from
  • 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Generous daily DoorDash credit
  • Monthly wellness reimbursement
  • Monthly commute reimbursement
  • Phone and internet contribution
  • Relocation provided ~$10,000
  • Visa sponsorship available (H-1B, TN, L-1, E-3, F-1 OPT/CPT, O-1)

Location: Redwood City, CA — onsite

  2. Hiring manager experience screening — 30 min
