Compensation: $180K-$220K Base + Equity + Benefits

Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js, React, or similar technologies.
- Experience building and operating production systems, with ownership spanning architecture, implementation, deployment, and iteration.
- Experience designing scalable backend services, data processing systems, or high-throughput application infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, serverless architectures, and distributed systems supporting real-world production workloads.
- Proven ability to operate independently in fast-moving startup environments and drive projects from idea to production.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with AI infrastructure, model evaluation systems, human-in-the-loop workflows, or machine learning platforms.
- Experience designing large-scale data pipelines, workflow orchestration systems, or distributed processing architectures.
- Familiarity with Redis, search technologies, caching systems, messaging platforms, or performance optimization.
- Founder experience, startup experience, or a demonstrated history of shipping products with high ownership and autonomy.

- Build scalable infrastructure and backend services capable of supporting growing platform demands and high-throughput workloads.
- Own projects end-to-end, from initial design and architecture through deployment, iteration, and long-term maintenance.
- Partner closely with founders to influence product strategy, technical direction, and platform evolution.
- Establish engineering best practices that improve system quality, developer productivity, and organizational scalability.
- Contribute to the long-term architecture of the platform while helping expand future engineering capabilities.
